Amazing place. I’ve been going there for about 11 years. My car broke down at the Park and Ride right before my bus came. I got on the bus, called them and they had wrecker pick it up and fixed by the time I got off work. James is the best. It gives me great peace of mind

This place is rated at 4.8 stars for a reason. People who rated any lower are just people not happy with anything. This place really takes care of the customers. Their service and employees were extremely helpful, nice and easy to work with. When something additional was needed they called to ask for replacement before just doing it. I'm so thankful I've discovered this places and I WILL be coming back.

I've brought multiple vehicles to this shop over a span of eight or so years, and I just love everything about it. It's clean, there's bottled water, the folks are friendly, they're not constantly trying to upsell you on things you don't need. Once they even bought a stethoscope to uncover the source of a weird sound my car was making! They're very thorough and diagnostic, and it's about time I gave them a great review.

August 2024 Update: Eldridge Store Manager Lawrence and Service Advisor Lamar are very helpful and friendly folks. It is also much appreciated that a staff member will take you home or pick you up if your car needs to stay longer than you want to wait in their comfortable waiting room. I have their Tire Package so can stop by for a quick check on tire pressure or if a Check Engine Light comes on!-------------I have been taking my car to First Tire on Eldridge for about 8 years. I feel they are straightforward and don't try to push for services I don't yet need to do. Manager Luis Gonzalez is a very nice guy and takes the time to answer all questions. If there is an unforeseen issue he will make it right. I also appreciate the complimentary rides to and from home so they can keep the car for a day or overnight.
