We have been going to FTA for 7 years and have never had a bad experience. We’ve gotten minor things done to our vehicles to major repairs and have always received exceptional service. I can personally recommend them for routine maintenance, brakes, batteries, valve replacements, O2 sensor replacement, spark plugs replacement, and so much more that I can’t recall.Give them a shot.

I have been a customer of this business for many years. When I divorced in 2013, Iwad pretty much lost as to who to trust for so many of the services I knew I would be needing. The one bright spot for me was I knew where I could have my car serviced where I could 100% trust the business and the people who work there. It would definitely be Good Year Tire and Automotive. A special shout out to James who has always explained in detail what my car needed to have done to fix it with a lot of patience and courtesy. An added benefit is this business also provides transportation through Uber if it is going to be awhile before you car is ready. I highly recommend this business for all of your automotive needs.

First Colony Tire and Automotive has been almost the exclusive provider of my car care for nearly 15 years and are keeping my 18 year old GMC Yukon with over 260,000 miles going strong. James, Mark and now Tim have always done well by me and never recommend work that is not really needed, even when I know other places probably would. Most recently Nov 2015, Tim and team solved a problem with my electrical system that could have caused me a lot of problems later on. Highly recommend.

I’ve been to this place before for repairs, and gave them an excellent review at that time, but this was the first time I took my vehicle for service and had a great experience yet again. They ran the diagnostics, provided me the detailed report, and charged ONLY for the service that I had requested (oil change). And the amount they charged for the oil change was better than what I had been paying. I recommend this place without hesitation!
