Had to have an alignment readjustment. No problem. Got it done in the time frame I needed. Has a great Uber pickup service. I have been going to First Tire on Williams Trace for ten years. As a single woman, I find it refreshing that they actually listen to me, look into my concerns, and fix things competently at a fair price. I also appreciate that they let me know when something in particular needs doing, and it actually does. I've gone to too many places for car repairs that treat me like a moron - one told me I needed a new battery when my current one was barely 6 months old and lasted for another two years! I know I can rely on the staff at First Tire - always professional, always competent, and always fair. I strongly recommend them.

Needed an alignment after installing a 2” level lift on my 21 Tacoma. I called in the afternoon on a Saturday. Harvey told me to bring it in and they got it done by 530pm. Alignment is good, no surprises. Harvey kept me updated via text message. I recommend this place.

We’ve always been able to have our cars serviced at First Tire & Automotive even in emergencies!Once I needed to be in Austin to babysit grandkids and found that I had a flat tire as I was leaving my driveway.The fellows fixed the tire and had me on my way to Austin in time to meet the school bus with grandkids in it!They are the best!!!!

First tire replaced an O2 sensor and performed a coolant flush on my corvette. The O2 sensor was a bit difficult but they got the job done without a problem. Thanks to James, and whoever did the hard work in the shop!

My E250HD running rough. Took it to James at First Tire and Auto at 6 and Williams Trace. They diagnosed it and did extensive work and replaced the intake manifold. Cracked and leaking water. Seems to be ok at the moment...I will have to purchase a warranty to cover the repair price.. I would suggest to partner with a truly reliable car warranty company that can atleast cover 95% of the cost...if this can be accomplished, it would boost consecutive 5 star ratings.

Dropped my 2011 Sienna off for an issue with the car not driving straight. Gentlemen at the front desk were very cordial. I'd asked for an alignment and they returned with 'Why?'. That is the first sign of a good mechanic. Not just doing things for the heck of it. THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO UPSELLING OF ANYTING.My tires were wearing unevenly. Full inspection was completed and it was determined that the car was indeed out of alignment. A couple of recommendations were there for things that were replaced a month ago, but minor things. But most of the things were stuff I was fully aware of and were correctly on list of things that needed addressing.Best part: even with unevenly worn/bald tires, for the first time ever the car drives DEAD STRAIGHT AS AN ARROW. The steering wheel is dead at the center. Didn't think it was ever possible as this car has had alignments done previously. And I've always had to fight to keep it straight on the highway. NOT ANYMORE. I'm taking my second car in for an alignment and hopefully any future work here.Thank you gentlemen and God bless you.

Terrific place. I have been using them for all my car services for the last 5 years since I live down the street. Just make sure you get an appointment to reduce wait times. Service was great. They recommended a few items here and there but no pressure at all to get them. For example, i got emissions testing. When I picked it up, they said my rear tires tread were low. Thats what I want. To be informed and not pressured. Thank you 1st Colony team. Highly recommend!
