Went to have an inspection and my oil changed. They had my car finished at the requested time . the shop is clean, the people are friendly and very informativeI will be back#Ive been coming to Frst Automotive for 5 yearsI just bought a used car and immediately took it to First Automotive to be checked out. I feel confident that I have a better than new car thanks to the great and thorough service I always receive.This will be my 5th year using 1st AutomotiveThey offered me a ride home which I took and it was very nice, but they don't need to do anything extra because of the wonder ful service they provide.

I.have been coming here for 10+ years. I was driving and had an alarm start on my car. I called and spoke to Christian. He calm told me what to do as the temperature gage went above 260.He told me to call the insurance to get the car towed to them.I was so scared that my engine would have to be replaced 😪 😔. However 2 new hosts and engine coolant and I was ready for the road.Thanks for waiting for me to get there Christian and Evan. You are the best!!!

It recently happened to me when the car presented a leak in the steering wheel system and they repaired it without asking for a dime due to warranty!

Every time my car has needed service since i moved to texas i’ve taken it to First Tire and Automotive! Really love getting my car fixed here because they make it super easy. I get super anxious when making phone appointments so being able to book appointments online is a blessing!! Not only that but once I bring my car in, the process is always quick and easy. The guys at first tire and automotive are also very personable and give great customer service! I really appreciate getting texts and calls asking me how my car is preforming, really gives off the impression that they genuinely care about the work that they do! Definitely will continue to come back when my car needs to be repaired in the future!

Always the Best customer service! They have fit me in at a moment's notice. The waiting room is clean and the staff is very polite and courteous. Helpful in getting an alignment done. They even helped with a shuttle service back home since the service would take a couple hours. Car was finished a couple hours past the initial stated time but since I was brought home, I didn’t mind. They also provided a shuttle service back to the shop when my car was done. Good service, just wish the time expectation was a little more accurate so I could plan my day accordingly.

I was provided a quote and a long list of parts needing immediate replacement on my 2014 MDX from another 'highly rated' place. I called First Tire & Automotive to get a quote for those replacements and I was advised to bring the vehicle in before quote could be provided. Took my car in and to my surprise not one part needed immediate replacement. I was taken underneath my car and Christian showed me underneath the car while it was jacked up and indeed there were no issues with my car. Not a single penny asked. I was impressed with that honesty First Tire & Automotive demonstrated. Would bring my car here for service or any work needed without a doubt.

Exceptional service. I found a nail in my tire on a Friday night and thought "great it'll be Tuesday before I get anything". I went in first thing Saturday and Ryan met me with a friendly good morning. He was able to locate a tire, gave me an estimated timeframe, called before the time provided and I was out the door quickly. I will definitely use them for all future needs.

They have taken auto repair from the local garage to a professionally run service business. I love their approach of tiering the service recommendations from need to now, do soon, do eventually to keep your car or truck running at is best. It is a consultative approach that I like.My consultant the last several visits had been Christopher. He has been great to work with. I trust him and his company. Trust is the most important factor I look for in a car repair partner. Price is second, but the pricing is very competitive too.

I’ve finally found an auto shop I can trust! Dylan & Evan were so helpful and kept me updated through every step while they were troubleshooting an issue with my truck. These guys were top notch as far as customer service goes and that includes the mechanic I got to briefly meet, Josh. Very knowledgable as well! I have a modified truck so it can be a bit of a pain to work with but these guys were up to the challenge and even through some issues they tried absolutely everything they could before advising me I needed replacement parts.
