Went to have nail removed from tire (2nd time in 4 days - different vehicles - bad luck).they were able to remove the nail and repair the tire at a very reasonable price and very timely (brought in Monday morning, had it done later same day. Overall, it was a good experience.

If you are in need of any kind of service for your car, Firsttire automotive is the place to go! I have been going here for over 20 years and they have the nicest staff, so incredibly knowledgeable, and explain it to you so it makes sense and makes you feel good about the work that they’ve done. I’ve never had any issues, but I know if I did that they would treat me right and fairly. Everyone here is incredibly courteous and helpful but recently I’ve been working mostly with Christian and he is always a pleasure to work with. If you don’t understand cars like I don’t, Christian will explain it in a way that not only will you understand it, but you’ll learn something. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else!

Always the Best customer service! They have fit me in at a moment's notice. The waiting room is clean and the staff is very polite and courteous. Prices are reasonable and I know I can trust these folks with my older car. Went to first tire again for my emissions inspection on my car and my wife's car and as always even for something simple they do a great job from beginning to end and are always professional and helpful walking me through everything. I will keep returning without a doubt!=========I have been to First Tire and Automotive for a number of years as far back as when it was Greatwood Auto, and I have always had a good experience and today was no different. Just for a straight forward state inspection, they are professional, helpful and I do not feel like I have to be worried about any surprises. I will definitely return to FT&A in the future.

My vehicle was brought in for dead battery and then needed a brake fluid flush as flies was extremely dirty.Front end staff was exemplary and quality repairs were made. We found our area garage, referred here and glad we chose First Tire and Automotive …. and what a great team we found. Took our car over the weekend by way of towtruck when it wouldnt start after a long night of work. The guys called me first thing on monday and had it out by lunchtime. First Tire is always so helpful! While I was driving home, the tire air pressure light came on alerting me that my tire was low. I.have been coming here for 10+ years. I was driving and had an alarm start on my car. I called and spoke to Christian. He calm told me what to do as the temperature gage went above 260.He told me to call the insurance to get the car towed to them.I was so scared that my engine would have to be replaced 😪 😔. Every time my car has needed service since i moved to texas i’ve taken it to First Tire and Automotive! Really love getting my car fixed here because they make it super easy. I get super anxious when making phone appointments so being able to book appointments online is a blessing!! Not only that but once I bring my car in, the process is always quick and easy. The guys at first tire and automotive are also very personable and give great customer service! I really appreciate getting texts and calls asking me how my car is preforming, really gives off the impression that they genuinely care about the work that they do!
