On 12/17/24 my husband went and got an oil change on his diesel truck. Another amazing job was done. Thank you so much for all the help. If you need great quality work, this is the place. 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜*11/13/2024* Well, they did it again! A GREAT job. I had my serpentine belt and my anti- lock braking system worked on. They did a great job. I am actually going to be bringing my daughters car to be looked at. 3yr. Warranty on work !! 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜*Wow !! On Saturday, a busy day, First Tire and Automotive actually came and picked up my vehicle and took it to change the oil and do an inspection. I was working, so I was extremely happy they could be accommodating. The cost was very reasonable. They did an amazing job and I will be letting everyone know how awesome I was treated. That is what I call #1 service! Thank you again !!

Axel was my initial point of contact and I was immediately impressed by his honest and how thorough he was. There was no need for me to “shop around” and get quotes. Sometimes you have to go with your gut or you’ll waste a lot of time doing all this shopping. Chances are if you’re finding cheaper prices you aren’t getting the same quality of work. I use indicators such as how thorough someone is and their level of customer service and level of detail in their evaluation. Those elements were met as axel explained his reasonings behind why I needed to get certain things done (alignment, tire replacement, break and rotor replacement). It was well worth the money as the car drives smooth, I had been wondering why the car didn’t drive as smooth as it did before and his team got it right on the first try. I didn’t hesitate and as soon as he sent me the estimate I immediately elected to get the work done. They also will help you prioritize levels of urgency on all of their recommendations. Smooth process, great customer service, and this is who I will go to for all of my auto needs.

The staff at First Tire & Automotive are simply awesome! Axell Coll, who was the manager on duty, was very transparent and helpful when it came to me having questions/problems with my truck. He not only answered my questions, he also provided a step by step plan of action and gave me a time when the work would be completed...and he was dead on! I highly recommend this shop for all of your car/truck needs.

I started using First Tire and Auto as a result of the way they helped my wife and a minor problem she recently had. I was in Wisconsin for work and I got a call from her. MYCAR WONT START! RIGHT! She got on the phone and called Axel for assistance it was near closing time and he offered to help by giving a jump. Fortunately he didn’t have to come , however, the fact he was going to come and assist went a long way for me. I have used them twice since then and will continue to do so.

I was in town for a baseball tournament and had tire trouble, Axel and his team took super good care of me and got me back on the road! The shop was super clean and staff was very nice! They even took the time to look my vehicle over to make sure I didn’t have another unexpected issue. If I’m ever back in town and need assistance with my vehicle this is the shop I’m going to!

I was a little hesitant at first because I heard some complaints about the new management, but I went ahead with them anyway. It was fantastic. They were swift, communicated with me frequently to let me know progress and timing, their systems for inspection and what work to accept/decline are simple and helpful, and they help you get a ride to and from their shop if you only have the one car. Very impressed with their work.

We are very pleased with how quickly, yet efficiently, the work was completed on our Chevy Traverse. We needed several things worked on. We were not pressure at all for anything extra or add ons. We got an excellent explanation of what the problem was. Our car runs so smoothly now. We're also impressed by the 3 year warranty with road side service. Hopefully we won't need service soon but this is where we will come if we do.

Let me start off by saying that the first tire and automotive spring location deserves a pay raise and an amazing yearly bonus for the outstanding business and professionalism that’s comes from these guys!Axel especially! Axel has helped me in the past with new rims and tires and a leveling kit for my truck and did an absolute amazing job and never let me down. He will respectfully crush your dreams of what you want by respectfully telling you and showing you as to why it’s not a good idea etc… he won’t just up sale you to get your money. He has the upmost respect and is very very good at communicating and keeping in close touch about absolutely everything. I praise this man hands down for any and everything you need done weather it’s a simple oil change and tire rotate to. Complicated complex lift kit for your truck/car. Amazing work, amazing staff, outstanding loyalty and respect, amazing team all together! 10/5 stars on these guys! I will only take my truck to axel and his team from hear on out!

They did their best to honor a coupon though it did not apply directly to my vehicle. (5 qts of oil vs my car which takes 6 qts; blend--which they have in bulk vs conventional which they had to send out for).

I was having issues with my brakes and needed a second opinion on what was going to cost a lot of money.The customer service was outstanding! They explained what they were going to do very clearly.
